Terms of Service

Welcome to Peprally. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peprally mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Peprally. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for your account and for any activity that occurs under it.
• Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us at hello@peprally.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person, one account. Do not share accounts or impersonate others.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Peprally a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting Peprally.

You are solely responsible for what you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to:

• Provide, solicit, or imply medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Buy, sell, trade, advertise, or arrange the supply of any substance, including peptides, prescription medications, or controlled substances.
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Misrepresent yourself, your credentials, or your affiliations.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Peprally name, logo, design, software, and all associated materials are owned by Peprally and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Peprally is a community platform for discussion only. Information shared by other users is not verified by Peprally and may be inaccurate or unsafe. See our Disclaimer for important safety information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peprally and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peprally and its operators from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive termination.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or change the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S., without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
